This programs offers energy efficiency training to employees of multi-family buildings.

The program is a 30-hour training for supers, operators, and maintenance staff of apartment buildings. It provides an overview of critical building systems, with a focus on preventative maintenance (helping to keep systems running in the future) and energy efficiency. The program aims to help building services workers reduce the energy usage of their buildings.

Who it's for Who it's for

The program is open to NYC residents over 18 who currently operate, maintain, or manage at least one residential building in New York City.

Schedule Schedule

The program meets weekly for a three-hour class for ten weeks. Classes usually meeting during the day on weekdays.
