Through this program, jobseekers on public assistance and other New Yorkers can get help finding a job.

HRA Business Link provides free job placement services to New Yorkers. It serves those who receive cash assistance, SNAP (food stamps), housing support, or other forms of financial assistance in NYC, as well as the general public. Business Link can connect you to available jobs in healthcare, food services, retail, and other sectors.

Who it's for

Business Link primarily serves New Yorkers who receive:

  • Cash assistance
  • SNAP (commonly known as food stamps)
  • Various housing supports
  • Other forms of financial assistance in New York City

Any New Yorker, even if they don’t receive the support above, can use Business Link’s free job matching and referral services.

Language Access

On request, HRA can provide services in other languages.
